My name is Victor Nemes, and my life has been driven by a passion for two wheels. Born and raised in Romania, I’m a husband, father, chef, and motorcycle enthusiast. Since I first got on a bike at 14, riding has been my constant companion. In 2006, I founded Moto Evolution Racing School, where we teach not just how to ride, but how to ride safely. Whether it's defensive street riding or mastering racetrack skills, I've helped riders of all levels develop their abilities. As a certified race instructor and coach, I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless beginners and seasoned racers alike. My racing journey took me through rallying, Supermoto in the Romanian Championship, and even karting at the World Championships level, before returning to motorcycles for my final chapter in the Supersport Class of the Romanian Superbike Championship. In 2010, I shifted gears from racing to long-distance touring, beginning with a 15,488-kilometer trip from Bucharest to Cambodia. This marked the start of a new chapter in my life. I eventually moved to Tenerife, where I’ve spent the past five years organizing motorcycle tours and rentals, helping visitors explore the island’s incredible landscapes. I also expanded my tours to Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Morocco, and Europe. Looking ahead, we’re planning new adventures in South America and Africa. Wherever there’s a road worth riding, I’ll be there—guiding others and sharing the freedom and thrill of motorcycling.

Victor’s wife, Alina, has been by his side since the beginning of this incredible journey. She manages the essential planning and research that go into every tour, and sometimes even joins the rides herself. Whether she’s riding alongside the group or arriving ahead to ensure everything is perfectly set up, Alina's dedication ensures that your trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
Lili, Mircea’s wife, balances her career as a dentist with her role in the company. With a sharp eye for detail, she helps plan the routes and ensures that every ride is well-organized. Her commitment to quality guarantees that your experience—whether on the road or at rest stops—meets the highest standards.
Frequently Asked Questions

- You can book by completing the enrollment form. Cancellation policies vary by tour, so be sure to check the specific conditions for your tour.
- Are there age or license restrictions for riders?
- Yes, you must have a valid motorcycle driving license to participate. Age restrictions are aligned with local license requirements.

- It’s recommended to bring your own riding gear (Enduro or street). If you don’t have your own, we can provide rental equipment depending on the tour.
- How long do the tours last, and what are the daily riding distances?
- Tours typically last between 7 days and 2 weeks, with daily rides covering 100 to 400 km depending on the tour and terrain.
